Once an order is placed, processing time is 1-3 business days
After your order is complete, it will be shipped using the shipping method chosen at checkout
-USPS First Class – 3-5 business days in transit
-USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days in transit
We’ll always ship out within the 1-3 business day window from the date purchased. Please keep the timing estimates above in mind when purchasing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or cancellations for orders older than 24 hours. We make each piece for each order based on size and design specs for each customer. However, we want all of our customers to be 100% in love with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to make it right!
